Each piece is handmade by a professional craftsman and made to order. Fluctuation glass, diamond glass, and lattice are used, with intricate design is abundant.

Earth wall

A clay wall made of 100% natural material made by applying kneaded soil and straw to the woven takekomai (bamboo lath). Humidity control function is excellent, so it feels comfortable regardless of the season.

WALK

About 10 minutes walk to Kenroku-en Garden and the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art.
Carta, located between Higashi Chaya District and Nishi Chaya District, is a great location as a base for exploring Kanazawa. Enjoy a stroll through the traditional city areas to your heart's content.

Sai River
It takes about 3 minutes on foot to reach the banks of the Sai River. Take a stroll along the path of Saisei Murou, a literary master of Kanazawa. You can also see the cherry blossom trees in full bloom in spring.
21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art/Kenroku-en Garden/Kanazawa Castle
It takes about 10 minutes on foot to reach the photogenic 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art. After visiting the museum, take a walk in Kenroku-en Garden. And after that, visit Kanazawa Castle.
Shintatemachi / Katamachi
Go straight down the street from in front of Carta, and you will reach Shintatemachi Shopping Street - famous for its retro Showa atmosphere. There are many unique shops such as fashionable cafes and general stores. If you continue straight to Katamachi, you can sample the delicious restaurants in the evening.
